Privacy Policy

Effective: February 15, 2026

1. Scope and Location

This Privacy Policy describes how REIHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service. The REIHub service is offered only to users located in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside the United States or Canada and access the Service, your information will be processed in the United States in accordance with this policy.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as described in Section 7 below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (e.g., account registration, profile details, and content you post), information from your use of the Service (e.g., log data, device information, and usage), and information from cookies and similar technologies where we use them. We may also receive information from third-party sign-in providers (e.g., if you sign in with Google or another provider) to the extent you authorize that connection. If you choose to add a phone number to your profile, we store it in standardized (E.164) format. You may optionally allow your phone number to be shown on your public profile, and you may separately opt in to receive SMS text messages from us (see below).

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (e.g., authentication and session management). We also use analytics cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used (e.g., pages visited, device and browser information, and general usage patterns). We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the Service; to authenticate you and manage your account; to communicate with you about the Service; to enforce our terms and protect security; and to comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

Phone number and SMS: If you provide a phone number, we use it to display contact information on your public profile (only if you have chosen to make it public) and, if you have opted in to receive SMS, to send you transactional messages only (e.g., password resets, login alerts). We use a dedicated line (toll-free) for transactional SMS only—no marketing. You may opt out of SMS at any time by updating your profile or replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics such as Google Analytics), subject to contracts or terms that limit their use of your data. Our use of Google Analytics is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information. We may offer or sell aggregated, de-identified, or market data (such as deal trends, transaction counts, or geographic statistics) as a premium feature to users or to third parties; such data will not identify you personally.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. In addition:

  • Active account: We retain your account and profile data while your account is active.
  • After account closure: We may retain certain data for up to 12 months after you close your account for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
  • Logs: Server and security logs are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, update, or delete much of your profile and account information through your account settings. You may request a copy of your personal information or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed, to request deletion of your personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. You may submit requests by contacting us. We do not sell the personal information of consumers under 16.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Effective” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

10. Contact Us

For privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@reihub.com or the support/contact information provided in the Service.
